The S11 series 10kV oil-immersed three-phase transformer is widely used in urban and rural power grids, commercial facilities, photovoltaic projects, and international engineering ventures. Featuring a compact structure and superior short-circuit withstand capability, the transformer utilizes cold-rolled silicon steel sheets and a stacked core design. This configuration significantly reduces both no-load and load losses, delivering long-term energy-saving benefits.
The transformer employs insulating oil for both insulation and heat dissipation.
Its fully sealed tank design eliminates the need for oil replenishment, thereby reducing oil consumption and preventing air ingress; this enhances operational stability and minimizes maintenance requirements.
The unit supports both Yyn0 and Dyn11 connection configurations; notably, the Dyn11 connection suppresses zero-sequence harmonics and balances unbalanced loads, making it particularly suitable for modern grids with significant non-linear loads. The high-voltage side offers voltage regulation capabilities of ±5% or ±2×2.5%, allowing it to accommodate voltage fluctuations and ensure a stable 0.4kV (low-voltage) output. Rated capacities range from 30kVA to 2500kVA, with short-circuit impedance levels of 4.0%, 4.5%, and 5%.
