Crimping Tools

Jasco brand crimping tools (European standard) are professional-grade manual tools featuring an effort-saving mechanism, specifically designed for crimping and installing cable terminals and connectors. The series includes models such as HS-07FL, HS-06WF2C, HS-05FL, HS-103, HS-03B, and HS-101, covering a wide range of connection types - including insulated ring terminals, wire ferrules (tubular terminals), female quick-disconnects, and various other insulated and non-insulated terminals and connectors.

The crimping capacity ranges from 0.5 to 10 mm² (AWG 20–8). Measuring 230 mm in length and weighing 0.6 kg, the tool features a riveted, dual-color, non-slip handle designed for a comfortable grip. A built-in locking mechanism ensures the crimping cycle is fully completed, guaranteeing a secure and reliable connection between the wire and the connector. These tools are widely used in wiring installations for junction boxes, automotive systems, control panels, and home appliances.
