Product Description

The silicone rubber cutout fuse manufactured by Yueqing JASCO Electric is an outdoor protection device for power distribution networks, strictly produced in accordance with IEC standards. Suitable for 10kV, 24kV, and 35kV overhead lines and pole-mounted transformers, it covers a rated current range of 10A to 200A and provides overload protection, short-circuit protection, and fault isolation capabilities.

The silicone rubber drop-out fuse cutout utilizes High-Temperature Vulcanized (HTV) silicone rubber insulation, offering excellent resistance to UV radiation, salt spray, dust, and aging; it ensures stable, long-term operation even in harsh environments such as deserts, coastal areas, and regions with heavy pollution. Compared to traditional porcelain products, it is not prone to breakage, spontaneous shattering, or sudden failure; furthermore, its lightweight design facilitates easy replacement and reduces installation and transportation costs.

Two configurations are available: with or without an arc-extinguishing device. Models equipped with arc-extinguishing capabilities can rapidly extinguish arcs and cut off power during a fault; the fuse tube automatically drops to create a clearly visible disconnection point, thereby ensuring safety during maintenance operations.

All steel components undergo hot-dip galvanizing to enhance corrosion resistance. The overall structure is flexible yet robust, capable of withstanding wind loads and seismic activity while preventing accidental operation.

The silicone rubber drop-out fuse cutout has successfully passed rigorous factory and third-party testing.

Our Product Advantage

1. Silicone Rubber Composite Housing

Featuring a silicone rubber composite housing, this product offers superior characteristics compared to traditional porcelain housings, eliminating risks of cracking, chipping, or breakage during transport. It boasts excellent water resistance, UV resistance, salt-spray resistance, and dust-proof capabilities, making it suitable for harsh environments such as deserts, coastal areas, and regions with heavy pollution.

2. Reliable Arc-Extinguishing and High-Visibility Fault Indication

The arc-extinguishing tube features an optimized design for rapid arc extinction. Upon operation, the tube drops under its own weight to create a clearly visible open state, ensuring safety during maintenance.

3. Corrosion-Resistant Metal Fittings and Stable Operation

All metal fittings undergo hot-dip galvanizing. The hinge mechanism operates smoothly and reliably, offering excellent wind and seismic resistance to effectively prevent accidental misoperation.

4. Standards Compliance and Comprehensive Testing

Manufactured in strict accordance with the IEC 60282-1 standard, every unit undergoes factory testing. We provide test reports, CE certification, and ISO certification to meet project bidding and acceptance inspection requirements.

5. Factory-Direct Sales and One-Stop Service

As the manufacturer, we guarantee stable delivery schedules and offer services such as unbranded packaging and customized shipping labels. Additionally, we support combined procurement with other power distribution equipment and consolidated container shipping.

FAQ

Q1: What are the main differences between your silicone rubber cutout fuses and porcelain models?

A: The silicone rubber housing eliminates the risk of scratches or breakage associated with porcelain materials. This material offers excellent weather resistance (UV and salt-spray resistance), making it ideal for use in deserts, coastal areas, and regions with heavy outdoor pollution.

Q2: Can you provide customized products based on specific project requirements?

A: Yes. We can customize creepage distance, hardware dimensions, and technical parameters based on project drawings or tender specifications to meet the needs of grid projects in high-altitude or heavily polluted areas.

Q3: Do you offer other power distribution equipment besides cutout fuses?

A: We provide a one-stop procurement solution. In addition to fuses, we supply electrical components such as composite insulators and surge arresters, and we support consolidated shipping to simplify the procurement process for our customers.

Q4: What documentation do you provide for project bidding and on-site delivery?

A: We provide factory test reports, ISO and CE certificates, and product dimension drawings. These documents meet the standard requirements for international project tender evaluations and on-site acceptance inspections.

Q5: What kind of after-sales support do you provide after an order is placed?

A: Our technical team is available to provide guidance on product selection, installation advice, and troubleshooting services. Should any quality issues arise due to manufacturing defects under normal operating conditions, we will provide appropriate after-sales solutions.
