Fuse Carrier Link Carrier

JASCO fuse carriers (or link carriers) are manufactured from polymer materials in compliance with the IEC 60269 standard. They are designed to accommodate J-type fuses (83 mm and 92 mm) and associated circuits within high-capacity power distribution systems.

As a core component of the JPU fuse assembly, these carriers are widely used in industrial power distribution cabinets and high-power equipment for international engineering projects - including applications in industrial distribution panels, generator control stations, coal-fired power plants, and other industrial power distribution settings.

The carriers are available in two specifications: JPU 83 mm (Model Ja600083) and JPU 92 mm (Model Ja600092). The main body (carrier tube) is constructed from high-strength polymer material offering excellent insulation, flame retardancy, durability, and resistance to aging, ensuring reliable operation even under high-load and high-temperature conditions.

JASCO fuse carriers feature a unique design that allows for fuse replacement without contact with live parts, ensuring safe and convenient installation and removal while significantly enhancing operational safety.

The internal assembly utilizes high-quality copper connectors to ensure superior electrical conductivity and minimal wear, effectively reducing heat generation during long-term operation.
