Fuse Cutout

The JASCO fuse unit is a modular low-voltage device designed for overhead service connections and power distribution networks in residential and commercial buildings. It provides overload and short-circuit protection for service lines and is widely used in electricity metering connection projects across Africa, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia.

The series comprises four models:
• JA700601: Single-pole, 60/80 A
• JA700602: Single-pole + Neutral, 60/80 A
• JA700101: Single-pole, 100 A
• JA700102: Single-pole + Neutral, 100 A

The unit's housing is constructed from engineering plastics offering superior insulation properties as well as excellent UV and weather resistance, making it ideal for outdoor service connection applications.

The integrated fuse holder design ensures a compact structure, facilitates easy installation and maintenance, and allows for convenient fuse replacement. The terminal design ensures secure cable connections, effectively preventing poor contact and overheating.

Available in single-pole and single-pole + neutral (1P+N) configurations, the unit rapidly interrupts the circuit in the event of fault current, thereby protecting the electricity meter and downstream electrical loads; it can protect either the phase line alone or both the phase and neutral lines simultaneously.
