Strain Clamp Tension Clamp

JASCO NLL series bolted-type tension clamps (also known as dead-end clamps) comply with GB/T 2314 and IEC 61284 standards. Widely used in urban and rural distribution systems, overhead transmission lines, and international power projects, they serve as critical components for overhead lines in distribution networks with voltage ratings of 35kV and below.

Constructed from high-strength aluminum alloy, JASCO NLL series tension clamps are capable of withstanding the full mechanical tensile load of the conductor. They are specifically designed to securely anchor conductors - such as ACSR (Aluminum Conductor Steel Reinforced), AAC (All Aluminum Conductor), and AAAC (All Aluminum Alloy Conductor) - to terminal, angle, and tension poles.

Featuring a reliable U-bolt fastening system, the JASCO NLL series ensures superior gripping strength (at least 95% of the conductor's rated ultimate strength) and uniform tension distribution. The clamps securely hold the conductor without damaging the outer strands, while their surfaces offer excellent corrosion and oxidation resistance, meeting the demands of long-term outdoor operation in harsh weather conditions.

Installation requires no specialized tools; the clamps can be quickly installed on-site simply by tightening the bolts and are detachable and reusable for maintenance purposes. Additionally, matching insulation covers are available for use with insulated overhead lines.
