DTL‑1 Bimetal Lugs

The DTL-1 series bimetallic cable lugs (also known as copper-aluminum transition lugs) are designed to ensure safe and reliable connections between aluminum cables and copper busbars or copper electrical equipment, making them widely applicable across various power systems.

Manufactured by Yueqing JASCO, these lugs feature a smooth surface and uniform wall thickness, facilitating both efficient hydraulic crimping and easy on-site installation. Advanced welding technology is employed to seamlessly join T2 copper with L3 aluminum. This design effectively eliminates the risk of electrochemical corrosion associated with direct copper-aluminum contact, thereby significantly enhancing the long-term stability of electrical connections within power transmission and distribution systems.

Our DTL-1 bimetallic lugs are available in a comprehensive range of specifications (covering DTL-1-10 through DTL-1-800), suitable for cables with cross-sectional areas ranging from 10mm² to 800mm².

All products are manufactured in strict accordance with electric power industry standards.

The aluminum barrel is designed to accommodate aluminum conductors, while the flat copper contact pad features pre-drilled mounting holes for easy connection to copper terminals, switches, transformers, and other copper components.
